BankSheetPro is a service that helps you convert bank statements efficiently. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, and it forms an integral part of your agreement with us. By using BankSheetPro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Communications

When you use our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing, and promotional materials from us. You can easily opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly at support@banksheetpro.com.

3. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any products or services through our Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to provide certain information, including your credit or debit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping details.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use any payment method provided for your Purchase.
• All information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete.

We use secure third-party payment processors to facilitate purchases. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product or service availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4. Subscriptions

Certain features of our Service are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). The length of your Billing Cycle will depend on the subscription plan you choose.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle under the same terms, unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You can manage and cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting us at support@banksheetpro.com.

A valid payment method is required to process your subscription payments. You must provide BankSheetPro with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, and a valid payment method. By submitting this information, you authorize BankSheetPro to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to your provided payment instrument.

If automatic billing fails for any reason, BankSheetPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately.

5. Free Trials

BankSheetPro may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial").

You may be required to provide billing information to sign up for a Free Trial. If you do, you will not be charged by BankSheetPro until the Free Trial period expires. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the chosen plan.

BankSheetPro reserves the right to modify the terms of any Free Trial offer or cancel it at any time without prior notice.

6. Fee Changes

BankSheetPro reserves the right to modify Subscription fees for our Services at any time, in our sole discretion. Any fee changes will become effective at the end of your then-current Billing Cycle.

We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any Subscription fee changes, giving you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a fee change comes into effect signifies your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee.

7. Refunds

We offer refunds for eligible purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us at support@banksheetpro.com to inquire about a refund.

8. Content and Data Handling

Our Service allows you to upload certain information, text, graphics, and other materials ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content you upload or process through our Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By uploading Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the Content or have the necessary rights to use it and grant us the rights outlined in these Terms.
• Your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

We respect intellectual property rights and reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who infringe upon copyrights.

You retain all your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We assume no responsibility or liability for Content uploaded by you or any third party.

Important Note on Data Privacy: PDF documents uploaded to BankSheetPro are stored on our secure servers for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, they are permanently deleted. We do not forward user-uploaded documents to any third parties.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors.
• To transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or any similar solicitations.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate BankSheetPro, a BankSheetPro employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or that is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or that may harm BankSheetPro or its users, or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Service.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Take any action that may damage or falsify BankSheetPro's reputation or rating.
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

11. No Use By Minors

When you create an account with BankSheetPro, you guarantee that you are over the age of 18 and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use a username that is the name of another person or entity, or that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization. You may not use any username that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BankSheetPro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BankSheetPro.

14. Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Our policy is to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights ("Infringement") of any person or entity.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to support@banksheetpro.com with the subject line: "Copyright Infringement." Please include a detailed description of the alleged Infringement as outlined below, under "DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims."

You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims regarding the infringement of any Content found on or through the Service.

• You will not retain, acquire, or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title, or interest in or to the Feedback.
• BankSheetPro may have development ideas similar to the Feedback.

• BankSheetPro is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback.

In the event that the transfer of ownership to the Feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory laws, you grant BankSheetPro and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited, and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute, and commercialize) Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THESE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED FROM US IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

NEITHER BANKSHEETPRO NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH BANKSHEETPRO MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES. 20. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
